Publikacja w prestiżowym czasopiśmie Geology, opublikowana w ramach projektu MARIVEL, odbiła się szerokim echem także w Polsce. Oprócz opublikowania notatki prasowej na łamach portalu Geological Society of America, wyniki badań zostały zauważone przez krajowe środowisko naukowe, a informacje o nich trafiły do mediów popularyzujących naukę. Notatki prasowe opublikowały m.in. portale Nauka w Polsce oraz Spider’s Web, podkreślając znaczenie odkrycia i jego potencjalny wpływ na dalszy rozwój badań. To kolejny przykład na to, że polscy naukowcy coraz częściej zaznaczają swoją obecność w światowej nauce w dziedzinie badań planetarnych. Z dużymi perspektywami patrzymy w przyszłość!
The publication in the prestigious journal Geology, published as part of the MARIVEL project, also received widespread attention in Poland. In addition to the publication of a press release on the Geological Society of America website, the research results were noticed by the national scientific community, and information about them reached the media popularizing science. Press releases were published by, among others, the Nauka w Polsce and Spider’s Web portals, emphasizing the importance of the discovery and its potential impact on further research. This is another example of how Polish scientists are increasingly making their presence felt in global planetary science research. We look to the future with great prospects!
